Jambo*. This website is to support and to disseminate information about elite runners from Kenya in general and the Kenyan Running Team in particular. The Kenyan Running Team is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. It is a running club located in the Rift Valley of Kenya close to the city of Eldoret. There are many running teams in that area. The Kenyan Running Team, with its Coach and Director Benson Cheruiyot, consists of 15 to 20 members. These individuals overcome many obstacles to be able to compete at a world class level. Come inside to learn more about these hard working, dedicated and wonderful people and the families and friends who support them. You will learn about each individual member of the Kenyan Running Team. Inside you will learn about "Friends of the Kenyan Running Team". These are people and organizations that are true friends and will be there with an open mind and heart. You will learn about the Sponsors. These are people or companies that give financial support to the Kenyan Running Team either by donating money or by providing running equipment, food, airfare, or any other items that supports the Team. Benson will be blogging the Team's activities and sharing his thoughts on running and other interests. There is an "Events" tab so that you can learn where the next race will be for any member as well as appearances at other non running venues. I invite everyone to donate financially and become a sponsor of the "Kenyan Running Team". Your life will be rewarded by helping others as it has mine. Small donations, even $5 are as welcomed as large donations.
